Being new to Cleveland we didn’t know where to go for a car hire, however after asking a few locals they all said the same thing “Better Car Hire and Ute Hire”. From booking with the team to picking up the car, to dropping it off it was all sooo easy. The team had great customer service and made sure I knew every aspect of the price, contract and car before driving away. The best part of it was is that I was 3 minute walk away too. Friendly and family-feel staff were very good at providing the right balance in orientation me to Hire a 3-tonne Truck. They didn't make me feel stupid, but they made sure I was properly briefed on the correct use of equipment and things to watch out for. We have tested Betta Care Hire's full suite of vehicles... flat try ute, ute with tipper, mini removal van and Hyundai iMax. In all instances the staff have been terrifically friendly and helpful, the prices have been very reasonable and the vehicles have been faultless.
